In such cases, we reserve the right to make corrections and, if necessary, modify or cancel orders—even after they’ve been placed.
2. Delivery Delays: Although we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, The Vision Central cannot be held liable for delays that are beyond our control.
3. Order Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled if an item is unavailable or due to unforeseen circumstances preventing fulfillment. Should this occur, a full refund will be processed for the amount paid. Please note that no further compensation will be provided.
4. Unboxing Tip: For your convenience and protection, we suggest recording a video while unboxing your order. This can be used as supporting evidence if there are any claims or concerns about the product received.

Orders

Can I add prescription lenses to my frames or sunglasses?

Absolutely! Send your prescription to thevisioncentral@gmail.com or reach us on WhatsApp/call at +91 95823 20964. Our optometrists will guide you in choosing the most suitable lenses. Please note: Certain sunglass designs may not be compatible with prescription lenses, so confirm with us before ordering.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! For any customisation needs, reach out via call or WhatsApp.

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Yes, cancellation is possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us by email or call/WhatsApp at the number above. Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days. If the product has already shipped, you'll need to follow our return process as outlined below.

Need help in understanding your prescription?

No worries — send it over to thevisioncentral@gmail.com or WhatsApp us. Our optometrists will explain it and help you pick the right lenses.

 

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes! Just mention it's a gift in the “Add Order Note” section at checkout, and we’ll wrap it beautifully for free.

Are the prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all listed prices include applicable taxes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at additional charge of Rs.250/-.

What if a product I like is out of stock?

For some premium brands (preview-only collections), or any sold-out items, please WhatsApp or call us at +919582320964 to check availability.

What are "Preview Only" listings?

Some items on our website marked are as “Preview Only”. To purchase these, or any product currently not listed on our site, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 95823 20964. We’ll be glad to assist you.


Can I place an order over phone or WhatsApp?

Why didn’t I receive a physical warranty card?

Some brands have phased out physical cards. If you didn’t receive one, it likely isn’t included. Still, feel free to check with us.

Domestic Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes, standard shipping (7–10 business days) is free across India. We ship via reputed partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC, or IndiaPost. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available at ₹450.

When will my order be dispatched?

·       Frames & Sunglasses: Shipped in 3-4 business days

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email, SMS or Whatsapp.

·       For Delhi: You should receive your order in 1–3 business days

For Other cities: 5–7 business days
Please note: Unexpected delays may occur due to external factors like weather or holidays. In such cases, express shipping charges will not be refunded.

What if I miss the delivery?

Our logistics partner will attempt re-delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and we’ll inform you.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your online purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days of receiving the product in return for store credit—which has no expiration date. The 7-day window is calculated from the date of delivery to the date the item is picked up by your designated courier.

Please note:

1.     All sales are final; we do not offer refunds.

2.     Exchanges are only possible for items available in our current inventory. Custom-ordered or specially sourced items are not eligible for exchange.

If you'd like to exchange your item, simply return it with a request for store credit. You can apply the store credit towards any future purchase. If your new selection costs more, you'll only need to pay the difference. Any leftover credit stays valid and can be used at any time.

We understand that sometimes discomfort arises from small fit issues. We recommend visiting your nearby trusted optical store for any such fit issues. A few expert adjustments can make all the difference in your eyewear comfort.

Product-Specific Conditions

 

Sunglasses & Optical Frames

·       Must be unused and unworn.

·       Original proof of purchase (invoice) must be submitted with the return.

All original items (tags, certificates, catalogs, care instructions, dust bags, etc.) must be returned intact and in original condition.

How to Return a Product?

2.     Shipping
Once we respond, please send the product to the return address we provide. Ensure it is packaged securely and in the same manner as received. We can also arrange a return pick-up on request at a charge of Rs.250/-.

Quality Check
After receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough quality check. Please allow 3–4 business days for this process.

How can I return an item I received as a gift?

If you received your product as a gift, you may return it for store credit. We do not offer refunds on gift items, and we require original proof of purchase to process any return.

How can I return a damaged product?

While we take utmost care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged:

·       Send us a video of the package being unboxed, along with clear images of the defect(s), within 72 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll guide you through the next steps for replacement or resolution.

I received a wrong product, how can I return it?

If you received the wrong item:

·       Please share a video of you opening the parcel, clearly showing its contents, within 72 hours of delivery.

·       Contact thevisioncentral@gmail.com or call +91 95823 20964 with your order ID.

·       After verification, we will arrange a pickup and replacement of the incorrect product within 15 days.

Can I return a product after 7 Days of receipt?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after the 7-day window from delivery.

After Sales & Product Servicing

Product Warranty

All The Vision Central products are covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty.

The warranty covers:

·       Missing components

·       Peeling or delamination of lens coatings

·       Coating imperfections (bubbles, flaking)

·       Frame coating deterioration

·       Soldering or build-related defects

To raise a warranty claim, email thevisioncentral@gmail.com or call +91 95823 20964. You’ll need to send the product back to us for inspection. If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

The Vision Central holds sole discretion in determining if an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Warranty does not cover:

·       Scratches or damage from normal wear and tear

·       Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or poor storage

·       Chemical damage

·      Modifications or repairs made by third parties

Fit Issues or Loose Frames

If your eyewear doesn’t feel right or has become loose over time, we suggest visiting a nearby trusted optical store for adjustments. Incase of any queries related to this please feel free to contact us on Whatsapp.
