REFUND POLICY

At The Vision Central, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your online purchase, we offer the option to exchange your product for store credit within 7 days of delivery. This store credit will never expire and can be used anytime in the future.

The 7-day window is calculated from the day your order is delivered to your address until the day it is handed over to the courier for return.

Please Note:

·       All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

·       Exchanges are available only for items from our current stock. Custom or specially ordered products are not eligible for exchange.

To process an exchange, simply return the item along with a note requesting store credit. When you're ready to make a new purchase, you can apply the credit at checkout. If your new selection exceeds the value of your store credit, you'll just need to pay the difference. Any remaining credit can be saved and used later.

Sometimes, a product may feel off simply because of the fit. If that’s the case, we recommend booking a free frame tune-up at any of our stores. Our in-store technicians are trained to make quick adjustments that can significantly improve comfort and fit.

All returned items are subject to inspection before issuing store credit. Below are the product-specific return guidelines:


Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Contact Lenses:

·       Boxes must be unopened, untampered, and in the same condition as received.

·       We do not accept returns for opened or damaged boxes.

Sunglasses & Eyeglass Frames:

·       Must be unused and unworn.

·       A proof of purchase (digital or physical invoice) is required.

·       All original packaging and inclusions must be returned intact — this includes product tags, warranty cards, instruction booklets, dust bags, and any promotional material received with the order.
